To work as part of the Central Registration support team which includes, but is not limited to the following duties: patient reception, registration, waiting room management and assisting the various registration pods with break/lunch/absence coverage. The Registration Team is committed to following registration, safety and data quality best practices. Liaises with Volunteers, Logistic Attendants and Clinic staff to ensure patient registration and way-finding needs are met. Supports and adheres to the RVH Vision, Mission and Values in Action.
As a qualified candidate you will have the following job requirements:
o MEDITECH (Patient Care System) patient registration and scheduling modules
o Savience Clarity (Check-In/Wait Room System)
o Microsoft Teams/Office/Outlook – managing chats, e-mail, meeting requests, calendars
o Internet skills to effectively & efficiently navigate various websites to assist with collecting accurate provider information
