Role Description

This is a contract role for a Construction Project Manager. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the construction process. This is a hybrid role, with the main location in Toronto, ON, but flexibility for some remote work.

• Budgeting and Project Management skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
