RSG International Looking for Administrative Assistant at Aurora, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Reporting to the President’s Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant will assist in the administration for a team of construction leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to determine priorities.
• Assist in the booking and coordination of executive travel.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including typing, researching, and preparing documents etc.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Fleet commissioning and decommissioning.
• Assist with special projects, as required.
• Reception coverage, as needed.
• Assist in the coordination of company events.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Company
• Other duties as assigned and/or directed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) years’ experience in an administrative role
• Completed post secondary or equivalent program in Administration is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
• Experience planning and executing events is an asset.
• Effective oral and written communication skills complemented with strong client service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
• Ability to handle sensitive personnel information, confidentially, in a mature and professional manner
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as with cross-functional teams
