Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager (OEM Automotive). The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts,, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities for client support.

Qualifications

• Experience in key account management and customer relationship management
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong knowledge of OEM Automotive industry and key accounts
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in customer service, client success for Tier 1 Automotive/OEM customers
• Experience working with ERP Systems (ex: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
