Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop a Strong Sales Pipeline: Build and meticulously maintain a resilient sales pipeline.
- Engage in Effective Prospecting: Execute prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking with a strategic approach, ensuring that each effort is purposeful and targeted.
- Nurture and Expand Relationships: Carefully foster and expand client relationships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and engagement within the mining industry.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a distinguished ambassador for Rubiconpath, representing the brand with utmost professionalism.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in selling permanent placement and staff augmentation services to business and Information technology areas in medium and large corporate accounts
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition, particularly in the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM
