About the Role:
The Director of Development is a senior position in an Economic Development Corporation owned jointly by the Katzie, Kwantlen and Semiahmoo Nations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring the success of the SWD projects through scoping, acquisition, approvals, design, and profitability. The role will report to the CEO and support the creation of and direction for members within the development team and collaborates with the construction team and additional internal and external stakeholders.

About You:
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in real estate development, is a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of the success of their projects. They are collaborative, innovation-focused, sustainably driven, and an excellent relationship builder. Most notably, they understand that the success of your project depends on all stakeholders working together towards a common goal. Travel is required to project sites and to meet with stakeholders.

Estimated base salary range: $160,000 to 180,000 per year
