Job Description Safeline Plumbing & Mechanical Ltd. has served the GTA and surrounding areas for over 12 years. We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of technicians
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complaint resolution
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Process invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Assist in human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees
- Maintain records and files
- Liaise between office staff and field workers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus
