Strategic Account Manager- New Customer Acquisition
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join Canada’s growing Sage Intacct sales team. Scaling Sage Intacct is our #1 company initiative. As an account executive, you’ll have a front-row seat to influence the company’s success. Our software makes life easier for small to mid-sized businesses, so most of the team met or exceeded their quotas last year. We’re proud of them for that, so we don’t cap earnings.
Your commission:
• Aggressive, uncapped compensation plans with attractive accelerators.
How you’ll grow revenue:
• Interacting with customers to understand their business needs and apply Sage Intacct solutions.
• Leverage the trust we already have in the market. So many accounting firms and CPAs know of and believe in Sage Intacct. Your mission will be to understand which product would benefit them the most.
• Leaning into the leads given to you and being savvy to find opportunities for generating your own.
The keys to success will be:
• Truly caring about customers and their business. Don’t just sell them anything to close the deal.
• Fostering multiple relationships at once, knowing and talking to the right people.
• Understanding business, pipeline management, and sales processes with a CRM platform (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of B2B quota-carrying sales experience (preferably selling ERP)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
