Under the direction of the Associate Vice President, People & Culture, the Director, Employee Experience will provide leadership by facilitating an exemplary employee experience at the University via policies and procedures primarily with respect to talent acquisition/ staffing, professional development and labour and employee relations. The Director, as a member of the People and Culture leadership team, oversees delivery and administration of programs and other projects as assigned with a particular focus on client service, diversity, equity and inclusion, data-driven decision making and solutions-oriented advice. The Director also acts as a resource to the University community and plays an integral role in the evolution of people management strategies and practices and at the University.
