Our client is a well-established business in the health and safety industry. They offer their clients a complete health and safety solutions platform in the industrial space. They want to hire a Business Development Manager to grow their BC market.
About The Role – Business Development Manager
- You will sell health and safety solutions to the industrial industry
- You will be responsible for gaining market share in your territory
- You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities
- You will be hunting 80% and farming 20% of the time
About you:
- You have 2+ years of experience selling in the industrial industry
- You are a proven hunter and thrive off closing deals
- You are a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the market
- You have post-secondary education
- You have a good understanding of OHS

- Base Salary $90-100K plus bonus (10-15%)
