They are looking for a Head of Sales to lead their field sales team!

Ideal Candidate:
- The preferred candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in field leadership, showcasing proficiency in developing communication frameworks and sales processes.
- A successful track record in expanding sales teams and increasing revenues is essential.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in businesses catering to end-users, particularly homeowners.
- Residence in the Hamilton region is mandatory, given the in-office component of this role.
Compensation:
- Base: $90K + Commissions + New Company Car + Health Benefits + Phone
