About The Role
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales revenue
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets and objectives
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information
- Build a portfolio of RFP business and small / mid size business as well
- Average sales cycle – 3-8 months for F500 and 1-2 weeks for small & mid size
About you
- Minimum 4 years of experience of B2B sales in the transportation/logistics industry
- An entrepreneurial spirit – you lead with insight, take initiative and execute your ideas
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of success in the logistics industry
- A driven, “hunter” sales mentality
- A relationship builder – land net new customers and grow the relationship over time
- Ability to sell a premium solution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license
What’s in it for you?
- Minimum base salary of $80,000 with a range above depending on experience
- On target earnings of around $255,000
