Salius Rehab is hiring a full-time HR & Scheduling Coordinator!
This position is for 37.5 hours per week, permanent-full-time.
WHO WE ARE
Salius Rehab provides Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation Services to over thirty long-term care sites in the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a strong HR & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team . This is a full-time remote position (with expectation to be in our Surrey office as needed to meet with staff).
JOB SUMMARY
The HR & Scheduling Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and works in tandem with the Payroll & Onboarding Coordinator. The focus of this role is maintaining and preparing schedules for 60+ staff, recruitment, and reviewing and enforcing company policies.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare schedules monthly and send to staff and sites on a monthly and as-needed basis
- Lead and manage recruitment for rehab and administrative staff
- Building a strong rapport and relationship with our sites and staff
- Collaborate in an administrative capacity with the Director of Salius Rehab, Clinical Leads & Payroll and Onboarding Coordinator
- Conduct HR orientation for staff including coordinating welcome packages, collecting completed employee documents and coordinating equipment for on-site
- Additional tasks as identified
