#1! is the position Sandoz Canada will achieve in the Bio & Generic market by 2025. The Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement, Hospitals, will oversee Biosimilars and Generic portfolio marketing strategies for products soon to be launched (L-12m) and in-market in the hospital customer segment. He/She will ensure constant connection with the Commercial Launch team and the Hospital Sales teams to deliver optimal customer (hospitals) engagement plans.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Co-create and implement the best go to market strategies for our biosimilars and generics based on a deep understanding of the Hospitals environment, competitive landscape and opportunities
- Develop & lead implementation of the annual Customer Engagement (Hospitals) plans for biosimilars and generics
- Liaise with customer engagement teams (Sales and GPO) toward common goals and coordinate activities for targeted customers
- Drive customers share of voice tactics, messages for field force, and customer engagement programs to be executed through Omnichannel platforms
- Ensure proper resource allocation and strategic budget management for customers initiatives

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business analytics
- Deep customer expertise, results driven and capacity to lead, coach, motivate, and inspire
- Anticipate needs and develop solutions
- Sales or marketing experience in the hospital field with outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude and a high degree of customer focus
- Proven track record of driving innovative commercial strategies
- Strong analytical, collaborative, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility and creativity
- Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
