As the Senior Product Manager, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional leaders (sales, marketing, customer success, finance, legal) across the company to develop and drive the product strategy and execution for Sangoma’s CPaaS business.
YOUR ROLE:
The communications applications product manager will work to identify, launch, price, and champion cloud-based communications applications that augment the Sangoma Unified Communication offerings. These applications are created by using Sangoma’s CPaaS development environment, working with Sangoma’s engineering team.
Identify and prioritize new offers through market research, segmentation, and analysis.
Work closely with key internal business units, end–customers, and partners to identify, define, and prioritize the end-to-end requirements for the highest priority opportunities.
Develop data-driven business cases for proposed new products and champion these across the company and to the executive team.
Prioritize and define features for development teams and drive software development lifecycles to successful technology delivery of products and services.
Drive successful design processes by working with engineering collaboratively through design sessions, wireframe/prototyping, UX review, and usability testing.
Drive successful product delivery and commercialization by collaborating with key stakeholders in sales, support, operations, and other internal teams.
Determine and commercialize market and competitive-driven pricing and packaging.
Drive go-to-market activities in collaboration with product marketing and other marketing teams.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
6 to 10 years of product management experience with a track record of building great SaaS products and businesses.
Strategic thinker and problem solver with a proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and execute tactically to drive the business.
Ability to draw clarity out of complex and evolving environments.
Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate complex and abstract ideas
A resourceful, proactive, and passionate team player that works well in collaborative and matrix organizations
Imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about building great product features and experiences
Ability to drive a team of developers to realize your product vision
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Experience in Agile product development
Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
An undergraduate degree is required. An MBA is highly desired.
