Main Purpose:
To provide efficient and quick parts pricing, availability to customers and dealers & improve sales of SANY parts.
Location:Oakville
Duties And Responsibilities:
Ensure all safety measures are adhered to and model the way and enforce safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors
Optimize Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction Grow profitable parts sales
Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork
Works with the Product Support & Service colleagues to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
Exercise disciplined expense control
Maintain accurate parts physical and electronic inventory through the available Co system(s)
Arrange and monitor cost efficient and timely shipping and receiving of parts
Follow up and review daily transactions and service requirements to assist with scheduling and closing jobs Review daily, weekly and monthly reports and assist in budget review details
Provide support in prompt payments to suppliers and ensure parts return policies are followed, warranty included
Mentor parts teams through training and updates on current and new products to ensure the department is meeting/exceeding customer and business objectives aligned with company targets
Encourage continuous improvement within the parts department and communication with all other departments
Participate in performance evaluations and coaching sessions for direct reports to ensure personal objectives are being met
Work with a sense of urgency and foster a team environment to encourage growth
Answer all dealers and customers enquiries within max two hours
Ensure invoicing is done promptly
Insure ready parts should ship the same day
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications &* Skills:*
Post-Secondary Education and 3+ years experience in a parts department or related industry Experience in a supervisory position and a strong technical aptitude
Knowledge of the heavy equipment or related products would be an asset
Highly customer centric with effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with custome.

Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Applications
Willing and able to travel and work on-call rotations as required in support of the business needs
A valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
Willingness to assist other staff as appropriate and as workloads dictate
Strong leadership ability and inventory management skills
