Overview
We are currently recruiting for a friendly, hard working, customer service oriented server and bartender to work events at Saunders Farm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests on arrival
- Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
- Taking feedback from diners
- Cleaning tables as they finish
- Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables
- Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any specific items
- Setting tables throughout the shift
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Friendly, approachable, customer service oriented
- Ability to task switch and to cater to multiple groups at one time
- Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
- Ability to take and give feedback
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
