We are looking to hire an Operations Administrator for a 1 years maternity leave contract based in our Calgary Head Office!
This is a full time in office role hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

What your day to day will look like:
Our Operations Administrator plays an integral role ensuring a positive and supportive environment while providing excellent service to team members and clients. Your days are full of variety helping your team be more effective, as you adjust and adapt quickly to the ever-changing demands of your role.
Operational Support; rotating schedule of on call personnel, service quotes, and requests, assist in special projects for Account Managers and Regional Directors, submit all reports and inspections to clients as required, and maintain all up to date documentation.
Basic Accounting; reviewing and approving invoices, support current purchase orders, reconciliation, and monthly remittances
Reception; assist with the main phone line coverage when needed
Uniform Management; Maintain local inventory of all uniforms in charge of tracking and stocking and handle all uniform requests
What you’ll need to succeed:
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within an office environment.
Familiarity with MS office products and intermediate Excel proficiency
High level of organization and excellent communication skills with great phone etiquette
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, handling multiple demanding priorities at once and acting with a sense of urgency
Experience working with Sage, Smartsheet, 8×8, and Lighthouse considered an asset
