We are growing!
Scents of Serenity is seeking a full-time and part-time Guest Services Coordinator for our Richmond and Short Pump locations. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about providing 5-star customer service to our guests. The perfect candidate will share our belief in the healing and transformative power of organic spa services and products and be a highly-motivated individual who is extremely compassionate.
As a Spa Coordinator at Scents of Serenity Organic Spa, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reserving appointments and making confirmation calls
- Daily cleaning and laundry
- Bath and sauna set up and clean up
- Checking clients in and out
- Cash handling, counting cash drawer and closing register
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Recommending spa products and services
- Selling spa memberships
- Record keeping, including client intake forms
Desired Qualification
- Must be willing to work evenings and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- 1 year experienced in spa, hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong guest service orientation
- Professional image
- Team player, enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers
- Good organizational skills and follow through
