As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our customers to understand and achieve their goals while using our tools and your newly attained knowledge of schema markup. You will become our customers’ technical resource; their go-to for all things Schema App. Our team is made up of smart, detail-oriented, “get things done” team members who love executing on behalf of our customers. They enjoy problem-solving technical issues and feel energized when discovering efficiencies in day-to-day tasks.
This is an individual contributor role on a team of Customer Success Managers reporting to the Manager of Customer Success. You will work closely with the broader Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to delight our customers and have a little fun along the way. No prior knowledge of schema markup is required.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with a subset of our customers and become a trusted advisor to them.
Do professional schema markup services for your customer including strategy, authoring with Schema App and troubleshooting.
Execute across all stages of our customer journey to ensure that our customers reach their desired outcomes.
Become a schema.org and structured data expert so that you can provide content recommendations based on a deep understanding of Google’s structured data documentation. (Don’t worry, we’ll help with this!)
Lead quarterly business reviews consisting of in-depth analysis of results; incorporating data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics and our own Analytics tool.
Drive repeatable, predictable outcomes and experiences for Schema App’s customers.
Identify customer needs and collaborate cross-functionally with other great ‘Schemers’ to produce great outcomes.
Proactively conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity.
Create internal and external documentation including media posts, videos, and step-by-step tutorials.
Create monthly reports for our clients indicating different content recommendations and strategies to leverage their structured data.

You have exceptional verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
You have solid time management skills; you are able to manage competing priorities.
You are a team player. When your work is done, you raise your hand to help your team meet their shared goals.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of SEO and/or Schema Markup.
Account Management experience.
Familiarity with the Digital Marketing industry and ecosystem.
Experience in customer facing or service positions (technical or otherwise)
An appreciation for corny jokes!
