The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating sales opportunities. They will use a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting and working with existing clients to maintain a pipeline of opportunities for the Sales Managers. The Sales Development Representative is also responsible for becoming the Key User for our Sales CRM System.
Tasks
Identify and prospect new customers mainly via outbound calls and online sources.
Follow-up with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
Evaluate customer needs, conduct preliminary BANT qualification, and determine appropriate Schlafender Hase solutions to meet their needs.
Communicate Schlafender Hase’s value through a combination of communications methods.
Assist Sales Managers with Account Management and growth opportunities as needed.
Provide market intelligence to marketing and R&D to improve SH positioning and products.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, in an Inside Sales/SDR capacity.
Proven record of generating opportunities with deal sizes ranging between $5K – $50K USD.
Strong IT skills and understanding Knowledge of SaaS is an asset.
Strong process orientation and skilled within CRM Administration and Usage.
Must be willing to become the key user for our CRM system, working experience as the Key CRM user and driver is an asset.
University Degree is preferred
Mastery of written and spoken English.
Experience using customer relationship management software.
Knowledge of highly regulated markets such as Pharmaceutical and Medical Device is an asset.
Occasional travel (up to 5% of the time).

Possess a valid passport/ working permit for Canada
Be Self-motivated and work independently with little supervision.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and demands quickly and accurately.
