Early Childhood Educator – Halfmoon Bay Elementary
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator for our Just B4 program at Halfmoon Bay Elementary. This continuing 11 hour/week assignment is effective immediately and is a permanent position, subject to successful completion of a 3-month probationary period. The starting wage for this position is $32.76.
The position can be combined with the open Strong Start Worker position currently being advertised for the same site.
Successful applicants for the above positions must have an Early Childhood Education certificate, a valid BC Early Childhood Educator License to Practice, a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ECE in a licensed setting including experience working with children from birth to age 5 and experience in an after-school care program, and a valid Childsafe first aid certificate.
