The Score Pizza Prep Team Member will be a working position in the back of house, prepping all food and dough needs for the day. All items will be prepped using kitchen equipment and ingredients in accordance to the Score Pizza Recipe book. There are opportunities to be cross trained on the front of house positions for the right candidate!
Accountabilities:
– Ensure the safe operation of all kitchen equipment according to the manufacturer’s directions
– Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and all appliances
– Ensure the use of safe knife practices
– Ensure proper food safe practices at all times
– Ensure all items are prepped according to the Score Pizza Recipe book, with regards to quality and prep procedures
Daily Responsibilities:
– Ensure prep list is completed to meet the needs of the day-MOD must approve
– Daily freezer pull- MOD must approve
– Ensure dough pars are met for the needs of the day
– Inspect food for quality (this means checking the BB dates before prepping product)
– Ensure work surfaces, utensils and knives are maintained and kept clean with a food safe sanitizer, before, during and after food item prep
– Daily cleaning of all equipment, floors, dishwasher etc.
– Ensure food stock and orders are put away in designated areas and properly rotated FIFO (first in, first out), checking quality and accuracy of orders
– Record all waste on the waste sheet
– Report all item deficiencies to MOD as they arise
– Report all safety concerns and issues from the day, to the MOD
– Ensure the End-of-day clean-up is completed and inspected by the MOD
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
