What to expect:
When you begin your role, supporting you in training and development is our main priority, and our devoted training team will guide you through our 9-week training program where you’ll be encouraged to be curious and ask questions throughout your learning journey.
Training will begin after onboarding, and is from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM AST for up to 8 weeks. We are seeking flexibility from candidates, as work schedules can be anytime within our hours of operation (24/7). Permanent, ongoing work schedules will be finalized with new employees approximately 4 weeks before the end of training. We are committed to providing our employees with a balanced working environment, and your work schedule will be fixed, once assigned, not subject to rotation.
Work From Home/Hybrid:
While you will begin your employment at the location above, once you to meet a variety of criteria, which includes but not limited to private workspace, internet bandwidth, tenure, and performance, you will potentially be provided the opportunity to work from home after 3 months as we work to be agile with regional health guidelines and regulations.
