Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare Job Descriptions
• Post open positions on various job boards;
• Sort / Distribute c.v.’s as they arrive daily;
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening process;
• Conduct virtual/onsite interviews with department managers;
• Keep in close contact with neighboring schools and resources for recruiting;
• Use social media avenues to solicit new candidates;
• Prepare all onboarding process/documentation;
• Review Corporate Policies & Procedures with new employees;
• Alarm/Bldg. access – Provide/Remove building alarm and general access to individuals as required;
• Distribute Company memos (translations may be required)
• Responsible for new HR-related activities;
• Translating policies & procedures
• Maintain the HR section on the Company Servers for general access.
• Assist in maintaining COVID-19 related safety rules.
• Other tasks as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• University degree in HR, Psychology or a related field;
• 0-2 years’ experience in HR;

• Bilingual French/English in verbal and written communications (including excellent spelling and grammar);

• Independent, creative, with initiative, organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results;

• Excellent computer skills required.

• Candidate must be dependable, able to uphold confidential information, and efficient.
