Sea to Sky is a leading Managed Service Provider based in Vancouver, working with a cross section of businesses, municipalities and communities across British Columbia.
Due to growth, we are adding a procurement & dispatch assistant role to our team.

The Role
This is a hybrid role, supporting both our procurement and support teams.
You’ll be reporting to our Procurement Manager, and your primary role will be as a Procurement Assistant. This involves supporting with ongoing sales transactions – quoting and selling standard/stock item such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals. There will be a fair bit of time spent communicating with customers – both via phone and e-mail, so customer service skills are key. You’ll be following up on shipped orders, and doing some shipping/receiving at our office as well (to a small degree – this is not a warehouse role!).
Secondarily, you’ll be supporting our Support Coordinator, providing triage and dispatch for our support team for ~2 hours per day. This is coverage for when the primary coordinator is out of office or on lunch, or tied up on phone calls.
This is a great role for someone looking for flexibility and variety in their day, with a path to grow into a more specific career while advancing within the company.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a fantastic customer service attitude, and potentially a background in sales. A basic understanding of business technology would be an asset. Experience in retail computer sales would be an example of a great background for this role.
This is an in-office position in Vancouver – sorry telecommuters, this one’s not for you! This role will be a Monday-Friday 9:30-6:00 schedule.
