Work from home option after training period (In-office training up to 6 weeks)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and audit delivery documentation received from drivers and owner/operators and make required adjustments to TMW software as required Document all driver requests for additional time, verify against e-logs and summarize for review and approval.
Prepare summary of extra time billable to customers based on delivery documentation.
Report paperwork and order entry discrepancies for subsequent coaching back to drivers and dispatchers.
Interact with drivers, dispatchers, and operations managers for resolution of discrepancies and issues related to driver paperwork.
Prepare/provide backup documentation to customers as required.
Create and manage custom reports using MS Excel, Customer Templates and Industry Tools.
Ensure all documentation is received as required for billing purposes.
Communicate with billing and pay departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and pay.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
Excellent organization and time- management skills.
Well organized, detail oriented and a proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
