Job Description
- Act as an underbody & ground clearance engineering lead for vehicle programs.
- Create CAD models of ground planes and ground clearance targets for vehicle programs.
- Monitor program status vs targets, identify non-conformance and work with extended team on issue resolution.
- Ensure programs meet pertinent federal & international compliance for ground-related dimensional requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of CAD Modeling with Siemens NX.
- 1+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX.
- 1+ Years of Teamcenter PLM.
- 1+ Years of Teamcenter Vis Pro or Vis Mockup.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent bachelor’s degree with experience.
- 2+ Years of (Automotive) Engineering experience.
- Strong English-Speaking skills, ability to plan, coordinate and execute meetings and projects.
- Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required.
- MS Office proficient.
- 2+ Years of Occupant Packaging and/or underbody, chassis experience (Preferred).
- 3+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX (Preferred).
