Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Student Recruitment & Liaison, the Student Recruitment Officer works as a member of the Seneca Student Recruitment team whose primary function is to promote Seneca programs and pathways, both private and public, to secondary and non-secondary prospective students. Through effective relationship building with external stakeholders (i.e., high school contacts and community agencies), the incumbent will deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations to promote Seneca’s programs and services, offer ongoing one-on-one advising support to prospective students to increase enrolment, and effectively leverage Seneca’s contact management tool to manage lead information. The Student Recruitment Officer will promote active and ongoing participation in Seneca recruitment strategies, initiatives, and events.
