About The Role
As our Assistant Manager of Employer Brand, you will partner with key collaborators to activate Sephora Canada’s employer brand strategies to drive talent attraction and employee ambassadorship and position us as an employer of choice! The role focuses on maintaining our presence on various employment and candidate sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective talent to us, and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media and other channels. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Employer Brand.
