About The Role

As a Field Talent Partner for the Quebec region, you will leverage candidate generation and talent intelligence to hire the right candidate for our store leadership non-exempt roles! You’ll collaborate with our recruiters, hiring managers, and various leadership from HR and Retail, and will report to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Build connections and establish trusted, strategic relationships with hiring managers and field leadership partners which includes understanding their business, retail culture and regional talent needs
• Source quality applicants through various methods including ATS, job boards, store hiring events, LinkedIn, Indeed and social media platforms
• Support our diversity and inclusion initiatives by driving store recruiting efforts to increase the diversification of candidate pools and pipelines
• Independently execute on Sephora’s candidate assessment process to include strong initial resume/application screening and evaluating candidates through values and competency-based interviewing
• Collaborate with our Employer Branding team to build our brand reputation in the region and attract top talent
• Enhance our retail culture by sourcing and recommending candidates who exemplify our Sephora values and deliver on an excellent candidate experience
• Build partnerships with local beauty schools to build a talent pipeline for the region
• Track all talent KPIs and be able to share insights by market. In partnership with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, track and measure conversion rates of candidates presented to candidates hired
• Use Excel and other sources to track total number of candidates submitted and track candidates through the recruiting pipeline through hire

What You’ll Bring

• Contributed a minimum of 2 years in fast-paced sourcing or recruiting, or managed hiring in high-volume retail
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ATS tracking systems
• Exhibited a talent scout mentality.! Implemented strategies to attract, engage, and activate passive candidates through MSC, LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms, and alternative search techniques
• Applied expertise in assessing candidate alignment with open positions and Sephora values
• Documented achievements in hiring within a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting
• Showcased the ability to influence and work effectively across multiple store locations
• Demonstrated outstanding time management and organizational skills. Balanced the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Showcased strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strength as a team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation
• Fully bilingual in French and English
