Located at 401& Kennedy Road in Toronto, Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an accounting clerk to join our growing team!

Our approach requires dedicated staff that is looking to develop long-term relationships, striving towards business excellence!
Position:
You will be responsible to assist the dealership Controller with billing and transactional details involved in the selling of vehicles.
- Post all New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals
- Assist in month-end closing
- Assist the Controller with Bonus and Commissioning
- Reconcile and book deals
- Monthly reconciliation of inventory schedules
- Finance receivable schedule and the aftermarket sales schedule to ensure all are reconciled prior to month end
- Post All new Manufacturer Invoiced Inventory
- Ensure Business Office Warranty Statements are posted and reconciled
- Assist in Daily Banking and reconciling
Required:
- Minimum 2 Years of Automotive experience
- High Level of Efficiency
- Knowledge and understanding of the overall operation of a retail automotive dealership accounting procedures
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Communication Skills
