Service In Your City Looking for PSW Needed Full Time

Looking for PSW’s to fill assisted living positions/group homes.

Position: Personal Support Workers.

We are currently looking to add caring, passionate, and enthusiastic PSW’s to our team! The ideal candidate will be available to work mornings Mondays to Fridays. We offer competitive wages.

Must have:

• PSW Certificate.
• Prior experience specifically related to working with youth and young adults living with developmental disabilities.
• A clear updated Police Criminal Record and able to get a Vulnerable Sector Screening Check.
• A negative Tuberculosis skin test is also required upon hire.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid is mandatory
• Broad awareness of other cultures, values, identities, and perspectives with a demonstrated ability and interest in working with and for diverse populations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Provides appropriate personal and physical care as needed, including but not limited to: hygiene and toiletry, medication administration, and crisis response
• Excellent clinical skills, including experience and ability to work with and manage difficult behaviors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write legible, clear and concise reports and person-centered plans

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• must be able to commute or have transportation to Owen sound and surronding areas. **

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

Salary: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
