As an integral part of our sales team, your primary responsibilities will be to:
– Maintain a great relationship with an existing client base
– Develop new business and source new leads
– Identify requirements of potential clients and present Quantum’s services through scheduled meetings and presentations
– Maintain close relationships with new accounts and service existing business
– Source and recruit qualified candidates for open mandates utilizing standard and non-traditional methods such as direct recruiting, mapping and social networking sites
– Market candidates to clients
– Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure proper documentation in ATS as per company’s policies and procedures
– Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly achievement of assigned objectives
