Our client is a fast-growing company in the food industry looking to hire an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable specialist for their office in Laval.

Job Requirements:

– DEC, certificate, AEC, or DEP in accounting
– 3 years of pertinent experience
– Bilingualism – English reporting skills
Job Description:
– Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle
– Be responsible for cheques, wires and EFTs
– Prepare expense reports
– Perform account reconciliations
– Handle accounts receivable
– Handle collections
– Prepare aging reports
– Take care of month-end, journal entries
– Take care of year-end files
