As an Administrative Assistant for the Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Prepare and modify letters, agreements, contracts, and various documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Reformat, scan, print, copy, and fax documents as needed
– Provide comparisons using Workshare Compare
– Enter data into CRM (Interaction)
– Assist lawyers with business development projects
– Manage Outlook, including scheduling and email management
– Enter time entries in case management system (CMS)
– Prepare prebills and monthly invoices
– Assist with all legal administrative tasks as required
