Your main responsibilities:

– Handle reception at the office, greet clients and help them with their inquiries
– Schedule and organize appointments and meetings
– Scan and organize documents
– Support the staff with any administrative task needed
The ideal candidate for this role:
– Experience in related field
– Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
