Our client located in downtown Montreal is looking for an Administrative Clerk to work full-time in the office.
Who we would love to meet:
– French bilingual
– Experience in administration
– Available for occasional overtime if needed
– Organized
– Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
– Excellent interpersonal skills and a recognized ability for working efficiently in a team
– Autonomy and ability to meet tight deadlines
What will be assigned to you:
– Process mail and courier requests
– Receive and sort mail and packages and notify recipients
– Process printing requests, both documents and marketing materials
– Respond to internal customer requests at the counter
– Process incoming requests in the internal system (ServiceNow) and assign them to the appropriate person or team
– Assist with the maintenance of workspaces when necessary (ensure spaces are clean and ready for other users)
– Execute other office tasks
