Position: Administrative Office Coordinator
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $65K per year (based on experience) + benefits
Job type: Permanent, in office, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements:
– Bilingualism
– 1 year of experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Outlook
Responsibilities:
– Administrative clerical duties (faxing, filing, data entry, etc.)
– Assist the HR department with onboarding of new employees
– Manage office inventory, new furniture orders, and more!
