Job requirements:

– DEC, AEC, DEP, Certificate or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance
– More than 4 years of pertinent experience
– Good understanding of Excel
– Bilingual (written and spoken) – English or French
– Strategic, team oriented and detail oriented

Job description:

– Help with the preparation of financial statements
– Month end journal entries
– Adjusting entries – accruals, amortization, prepaids
– Bank reconciliations
– Month end for A/P and A/R review and entries as needed
– Variance analysis
– GST/QST reports
– Assistance with year-end audit files
