Position: Bilingual Sales Engineer – Mechanical Sector
Location: Remote and Saint-Laurent (hybrid)
Salary: $80K-$100K per year + bonus

A international leading provider serving the manufacturing sector in parts and custom built-products for over 40 years, is seeking a Bilingual (French and English) Sales Engineer for the North American Market. The company offers a base salary according to experience plus bonus, full medical and dental benefits, a company vehicle and other incentives in addition to the opportunity for a long and rewarding career with growth potential within a thriving industry.
In this role, you will offer a consultative approach managing very well-established key manufacturing accounts and supplying custom-designed parts for ongoing manufacturing projects for the commercial institutional markets. This is a key role as a representative of the company and its image. This position entails supporting clients on the ongoing manufacturing projects including new product development and innovative solutions for new projects with established clients. It will involve networking with internal production teams and involvement with marketing activities to maintain and build the client network through organic growth.
This role has at least one direct report which is a well-established customer service specialist.
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience in B2B account management within a manufacturing environment.
– BA degree in business or Engineering degree Mechanical or technical diploma- Excellent customer service and client management skills, strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic, resourceful, able to instill trust and confidence in clients, problem-solving ability
– Available for occasional travel (4x per year)
– Bilingualism to communicate with customers across North America (USA and Canada)
