Do you have experience working with customers and clients? If your main goal is customer satisfaction, this could be the job for you! Our client, a global pharmaceuticals and health care products company, is looking to hire 2 Customer Service Agents for their call center.
Main Responsibilities:
– Provide all necessary product information to best guide the client into a well-informed and rational decision about product usage. The information provided may be in written or verbal form.
– Document all interactions for proper reporting
– Ensure appropriate compliance to Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
– Act as a subject matter expert and key resource for other team members
– Serve as a point person while representing the companies core values
– Triage and report pressing complaints and/or trends to Supervisor for timely follow up
– Act as a key resource in the implementation and continuation of departmental projects
– Meet performance KPIs as required by the business
Requirements:
– University degree preferred
– 1 to 3 years experience in Customer Service
– Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction within the company
– Strong sense of urgency
– Ability to work effectively on an individual and/or team basis
– Ability to prioritize responsibilities
– Ability to think critically
– Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy
– Relevant experience with glucose meters or similar medical devices and/or blood glucose monitoring systems is a plus
– Good knowledge of computer software such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
– Knowledge of SalesForce is an asset
– Knowledge of diabetes is an asset
