Position: Call Centre/Customer Service Representative (Multiple Positions)
Location: Downtown Ottawa (on-site)
Salary: $18.64 + 4% vacation pay per hour (paid weekly)
Start Date: February 28, 2022 (6 months contract with high probability of extension/permanency)
Working Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

What you will do:
– Deliver daily planning sessions to the customers
– Record detailed notes for each planning session
– Review and submit expense claims
– Perform various administrative tasks including record keeping and data entry
– Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Skills required:
– Previous experience in a customer support role (or background in relocation is an asset)
– Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously, i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
– Strong organizational skills
– Languages: English (French is an asset)
– Must be able to obtain/pass a clear criminal background check
– Must have a valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance or be able to obtain one
