Are you looking to be part of a growing, stable and reputable company? This new Controller position is a great opportunity if you would like to report to a Partner and Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities include:

– Preparing consolidated and reviewing financial statements
– Assisting in cash management including review of disbursements/invoices and cash flow reports
– Preparing budgets, and management reports
– Working with all areas of the business to improve internal controls and processes
– Being involved with ad hoc special projects
– Being involved with monthly analysis and reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
– Assisting in implementation of performance reporting software

Qualifications:

– An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, with a CPA/CA designation
– At least 8 to 10 years of finance and accounting experience; technically strong in accounting
– Driven, self-starter, enthusiastic learner
– Customer-focused and results oriented individual
– Well organized and detail oriented
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction with all levels of company management and personnel
– High proficiency in Excel
– Bilingualism (French and English)
