Our client, a giant in cosmetic industry, located in Saint Laurent, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Administrative Assistant for a 1-year contract, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative functions.
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
– Working closely with Account Managers to complete various administrative tasks for a major National Chain
– Creating and submitting in vendor’s link for tasks such as New Item Creation (NIC), Promotional Display Assortment, Promotional Event Templates, Retail Link pulls, and Slice Forms
– Updating Sales Promotional Master tracker with event information
– Building a monthly report of Open Claims and gathering deduction support for the Sales Team
– Processing and clearing assigned claims
– Creating Return Authorizations (RAs) for UPC Tickets, Promotional and Basic items
– Creating Item Maintenance (IM) to make updates in vendor’s link
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of Excel
– Ability to navigate multiple company programs and platforms to gather information needed for templates and assigned tasks
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Team spirit
