Position: Customer Service Account Specialist
Location: Montreal – St-Laurent
Salary: $55,000
Job Type: Permanent
Do you love working with people and have excellent customer service skills?
Our client in the distribution industry is looking for a Customer Service Account Specialist to join their team in St-Laurent. This opportunity comes with great benefits after 3 months, paid vacation, and more.
Your main responsibilities:
– Build and maintain relationships with customers
– Provide excellent customer service and assistance with order processing
– Answer customer questions regarding prices, quotes, product selection, etc.
– Attend trade shows a couple of times a year
– Other related tasks
The ideal candidate for this role:
– At least one year of experience in customer service, or sales support
– Bilingual (oral and written) as some customers may be from outside of Quebec
– Strong administrative skills and time-management skills
– Loves working with people
– Possess a valid passport (trade shows a couple times a year)
