Our distinguished client is looking for a Customs Administrator with excellent organizational skills and assertiveness when interacting with people. If you are a detail-oriented person who excels in dynamic and fast-paced environments, this is the role for you! We encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
– Engage with costumers to address their inquiries
– Provide information about products and their pricing
– Resolve customers’ complaints
– Manage customer accounts and process orders
– Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
– Generate regular reports
Requirements:
– Degree or pertinent business certification, Ideally in Business Administration, Customs, or International Trade
– At least 1 year of experience in customs, logistics, or administrative roles
– At least 1 year of experience and a deep understanding of transportation and/or supply chain functions
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
