– Implement new policies and procedures
– Manage disciplinary cases and coordinate disability cases
– Take care of the employee handbook and reward programs
– Coach Managers
– Recruit employees
– Introduce new employees to the policies and procedures of the company
Must haves:
– At least 5 years of experience within the Human Resources field
– Experience coaching and training employees
– Bilingualism
