Position: Inside Sales Specialist – Opportunity for Growth!
Location: Saint-Laurent, hybrid schedule
Salary: $50K to $55K

This is working for a global manufacturer of high-quality products in the industrial sector. They are offering an interesting role with the opportunity for growth within a dynamic organization.In this role, you will be supporting the sales team and clients by meeting customer expectations through innovative solutions, quality products, and exceptional service and support.Summary of the role:- Responding to customer inquiries
– Providing product and pricing information
– Recommending and assisting in product selection
– Supporting customers in resolving technical issues and other matters requiring attention
– Ensuring accuracy on order and account information
– Updating client records
– Entering orders
– Performing follow-ups on orders and quotations
– Coordinating with other departments in handling purchase orders
– Handling any special orders
– Executing other related tasks

Qualifications:

– Excellent bilingual skills to support clients outside of Quebec
– At least a completed DEC / Bachelor’s degree is preferred
– Experience in customer service, inside sales or sales
– Strong organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
– Microsoft Office knowledge and CRM experience is an asset
