Salary: $55,000 to $58,000 based on experience

Your responsibilities will include:
– Invoicing, verifying, matching, and coding
– Issuing and entering purchase orders
– Preparing and processing payments, checks and wire transfers
– Bank reconciliations and deposits
– Maintaining client and supplier accounts
– Performing Month end and year-end procedures
– Assisting with external audits
– Processing payments and expenses
– Entering inventory adjustments
– Executing other miscellaneous tasks associated with this position. Requirements: – At least 2 years of experience in Accounting
– Degree in accounting, business administration or finance
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office
